We believe the answer to pet overpopulation is prevention - prevention of unwanted litters of kittens and puppies. 

By performing a relatively simple surgery, we can put an end to the suffering that irresponsible pet owners and puppy mill breeders have created resulting in so many unwanted litters. 

The Anti-Cruelty Society opened our own spay/neuter clinic in 1995 and since then our veterinarians have performed over 115,000 spay/neuter surgeries.
